The raid is configured raid 10 and is one 500gb partition (C Drive). Hard Drives Sure isn't easy driving. There are posts all over the internet about this problem. I wouldn't mind having 32-bit and I think that is what a friend of mine has so I will attempt to try to get it. Check This Out

BTW you if you want your 64bit installed again you should be able to get to your recovery partition when you boot up. I actually spoke to the place I bought the HP laptop from and they said the HPs were built with recovery partitions just like you stated.
