The company released cumulative updates for the Windows 10 RTM version (KB3163017), the 1511 version (KB3163018), and Windows 10 Mobile. Funny thing - even withKB3140745 installed and the dots spinning,I can log-in using remote remote desktop - ?! Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on the point of view) yesterday I lost my patience dealing with this problem and I simply formatted my C drive and I did a fresh install Since then I am back to spinning dots.
