I copied all files from the original one in "C:\Windows.old\Installer" to the current one, except for "$PatchCache$", and all the right icons returned OK. Gotta start over. On the other hand, Microsoft recommends to the System Maintenance troubleshooter or do a Clean boot of Windows 10, but none of the suggestions seems to work either.
