They both just restart (refresh) back to the same page. To do this just double click on the registry key and change the keys value. Choose Windows installation and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM registry hive.

If that drive is already set as the default in the BIOS, you should see something that says press any key to begin installation...

Somebody needs to tell HP about this tip… Their site is useless. Windows installation cannot proceed.
