They both just restart (refresh) back to the same page. To do this just double click on the registry key and change the keys value. Choose Windows installation and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM registry hive.

Somebody needs to tell HP about this tip… Their site is useless. Windows installation cannot proceed. I've done every stage you advised properly , a warning error is no longer there , but the windows installation only runs to 64%, and it keeps recurring.
