In this situation, it was fine to disable this add-in since this company doesn't need to use this add-in. so uninstall Office 2016 and reinstalled Office 2013 on one of our user's machines, and we can resolve this issue.Fix4 :Here i had to disable the "Office Document Cache Handler" add-on Et voila! navigate here

Our browsers did not have the "SharePoint Export Database Launcher" add-on. I did some research online and found the SharePoint Export Database Launcher addon was causing the crash.  According to this site; the SharePint Export Database Launcher does the following tasks.
